  • Patterned Wellness Co. was created from the belief that real change happens when people feel supported, understood, and equipped with strategies that actually fit their lives.

    At the heart of this work is a simple idea: lasting change is built through patterns, not perfection.

    With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, I have spent years helping people understand behavior, navigate barriers, and make meaningful progress one step at a time. That work taught me something I now bring into every coaching relationship: people often do not need more pressure or more information—they need support that helps change feel possible.

    Through my training in health and wellness coaching, including motivational interviewing and ACT-informed approaches rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles, that foundation deepened. I became even more drawn to helping people create change in a way that honors both structure and self-compassion—combining practical strategy with values, awareness, and sustainable action.

    That is the foundation of Patterned Wellness Co.

    This practice blends behavior science, coaching, and thoughtful accountability to help clients better understand the patterns shaping their lives, work through what gets in the way, and build habits and systems that feel supportive rather than exhausting.

Meet the Founder

I’m Lonai Noble, founder of Patterned Wellness Co., a board-certified behavior analyst and certified health and wellness coach.

I created this practice from a belief that many people are not struggling because they lack discipline or motivation—they are struggling because they are caught in patterns that no longer serve them.

That belief is personal.

After becoming a mother and being diagnosed with ADHD, I came face-to-face with patterns I had spent years pushing through: overwhelm, inconsistency, overcompensation, and the exhausting cycle of feeling like I was always starting over.

For a time, I thought focus alone was the answer.

It wasn’t.

What I came to understand was that lasting change was not about trying harder. It was about changing the systems, habits, and patterns shaping my day-to-day life.

That realization changed how I approached behavior change entirely.

It is also what became the foundation of Patterned Wellness Co.

My work brings together behavior science, coaching, and practical strategy to help women move out of stuck patterns and into more intentional, sustainable ways of living.

Not through perfection.
Not through pressure.
Through patterns that support real life.

I believe meaningful change happens when we stop asking,
“Why can’t I stay consistent?”
and start asking,
“What patterns need to change for consistency to become possible?”

That is the work I do.
